About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus) to build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations. The role requires strong backend knowledge, cloud familiarity, and the ability to connect multiple systems (payments, communications, healthcare, and ERP solutions). You will play a key role in ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across our applications.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.Tech, BCA, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in backend development with Node.js, Express.js, or PHP/Laravel.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with databases – MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with API development and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront) or similar cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and session management.
  • Comfortable with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and APIs.
  • Build and manage data models and databases.
  • Integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, SMS/email providers, ERP/CRM systems, healthcare APIs).
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization flows.
  • Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent) for deployment and scaling.
  • Ensure backend services meet security, performance, and scalability standards.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments.
  • Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
  • Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS).
  • Understanding of DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, Terraform, Jenkins).
  • Exposure to healthcare integrations (FHIR, HL7) or other regulated data flows.
  • AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate).
